Terms of Service
Last updated September 6, 2026
The agreement
These terms are a contract between you and Almonarch LLC, which operates Doppio Sourcing (“Doppio”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are signing up for a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind it.
Doppio is a business tool for Amazon online-arbitrage sellers. You must be at least 18 and using it for business purposes.
Your account
Keep your password private and your email current. You are responsible for everything done under your account and by the team members you invite. Tell us right away if you think your account has been compromised.
Each plan includes a number of seats. A seat is one person. Sharing one login between several people is not allowed.
A workspace belongs to one business. If you run several unrelated businesses, each needs its own workspace.
Plans, trials, and billing
Free trial. New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you owe nothing.
Subscriptions. Plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown on the pricing page and in your Billing settings. You authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees and any applicable taxes.
Cancelling. You can cancel any time from Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then stops. We do not refund partial months except where the law requires it.
Usage limits. Each plan includes monthly quotas for things like ranked leads, ASIN analyses, storefront scans, and followed storefronts. When you reach a limit, that feature pauses until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade. Quotas are not refunded — deleting something you already used a quota on does not give it back.
Late payment. If a payment fails we may pause access until it clears.
Price changes. If we change the price of your plan, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect.
Acceptable use
Do not: scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute the data Doppio shows you; share access with people outside your seats; try to bypass quotas or security; reverse engineer the service; or use it to break the law or Amazon’s own terms. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Your data and ours
You own the data you put into Doppio. You give us permission to store, process, and display it so the service can work. We own the service itself: the software, the design, the rankings, and the aggregated data we compute. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the service without owing you anything for it.
Product data and buying decisions
Prices, sales ranks, fees, profit estimates, and storefront information come from public listings and third-party providers. They can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Doppio helps you find and organize leads; it does not guarantee that any product will be profitable, in stock, or allowed to sell. Every buying decision, and its result, is yours.
Amazon
Doppio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon. Amazon is a trademark of Amazon.com, Inc. You are responsible for complying with Amazon’s seller policies.
Third-party services
Doppio runs on services we don’t control — hosting, payments, email delivery, and market-data providers. Those services can go down, change, or discontinue features, and we are not liable for outages or errors they cause. Where you connect an account of your own, such as your Amazon seller ID, that provider’s terms apply to you alongside ours.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Doppio running, but it may be unavailable at times for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may add, change, or remove features. If we remove something material from your plan, we will tell you in advance.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or close your account if you break these terms, stop paying, or if we shut the service down, in which case we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data. You can request an export for 30 days after closure; after that we may delete it. Anything you already owe stays owed, and the sections on liability, indemnity, and our intellectual property survive.
Disclaimers and limits on liability
Doppio is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for lost profits, lost inventory, lost data, or indirect damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to cover our costs, including reasonable legal fees, for any third-party claim arising from your use of Doppio, the data you put into it, your buying and selling decisions, or your breach of these terms or of Amazon’s policies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Iowa, United States. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Iowa, unless the law requires otherwise.
General
These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still stands. If we don’t enforce something right away, we haven’t given up the right to. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; we may transfer it if the business is sold. Notices go to the email on your account.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email account owners and update the date at the top. Continuing to use Doppio after a change means you accept it.
