Who we are

Doppio Sourcing (“Doppio”, “we”, “us”) is a sourcing-management service for Amazon online-arbitrage sellers, operated by Almonarch LLC. This policy explains what we collect when you use doppiosourcing.com and the app, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers the website, the app, and the emails the service sends.

Questions go to hello@doppiosourcing.com.

What we collect

Account details. Your name or username, email address, company name, and a hashed copy of your password. We never store the password itself.

Billing details. Payments are processed by our payment provider. We store your customer and subscription identifiers, your plan, and your billing period. We never see or store your card number.

Workspace data. Everything you and your team enter into the app: leads, orders, costs, prices, notes, ASINs, the Amazon storefronts and seller IDs you follow, your own seller ID if you connect it, and the email addresses of team members you invite.

Usage data. Standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We also record which metered features you use, so we can count them against your plan.

Support messages. Anything you send us by email.

Cookies and device storage

Two cookies. A session cookie that keeps you signed in, and one preference cookie that remembers whether your sidebar is collapsed. Both are strictly necessary. There are no advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies, and no third-party scripts on any page.

Local settings. Your theme, your privacy-mode toggle, and your recent ASIN lookups are stored in your browser’s local storage. They stay on your device and are never sent to us.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell or share your personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising. We don’t train AI models on your data — the service has no AI features. We don’t send marketing texts or make calls; the only messages we send are the transactional emails the app needs.

How we use it

To run the service you signed up for: showing you your workspace, ranking leads, sending the emails the app needs (verification, invites, password resets, billing notices), charging your subscription, counting metered usage against your plan, answering support requests, and keeping accounts secure.

We also look at aggregate, non-identifying usage to improve the product.

If you are in the EEA or UK, our legal bases are: performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in security, fraud prevention and improving the product, and compliance with legal obligations such as tax records. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Amazon and product data

Doppio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon. Product, pricing, and storefront information shown in the app comes from publicly available listings and from third-party market-data providers. If you connect your own seller ID, we use it only to read your public storefront so the app can learn what you already sell.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the providers we need to operate: a payment processor for billing, an email delivery provider for transactional email, our hosting provider for servers and databases, and market-data providers for Amazon product information. Each receives only what its job requires, and each is bound by a contract limiting it to processing data on our instructions.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of Doppio, our users, or others. If Doppio is ever sold or merged, your data may transfer as part of that business, and we will tell you before it does.

Where we process it

Doppio is operated from the United States, and your data is stored and processed there. If you are outside the US, using the service means your information is transferred to the US. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA or UK, we rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and the equivalent UK safeguards, and our providers are contractually bound to them.

Team workspaces

A workspace belongs to the company that created it. Admins in that workspace can see all of its data, manage team members, and manage billing. If you were invited into someone else’s workspace, that company controls the data you enter there — we process it on their behalf, so requests about it should go to them first.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account or ask us to delete it, we remove your workspace data within 30 days, except where we must keep records for tax, billing, or legal reasons. Backups roll off on their own schedule after that, normally within 90 days. Anonymous, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may be kept indefinitely.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Passwords are hashed. Each company’s data is separated at the database layer, so one workspace can never read another’s. Access to production systems is limited to the people who operate the service. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise a breach will never happen, but we will tell you — and the relevant regulator where required — if one affects your data.

Your rights

You can view and edit your account details in Settings, and ask us to export or delete your data at any time. We answer within 30 days, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

EEA and UK. You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we process it, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

California and other US states. You have the right to know what we collect and why, to access it, correct it, and delete it, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these. We do not sell or share personal information and we do not use sensitive personal information for anything beyond running the service, so there is nothing to opt out of — but you can still ask us to confirm that.

To exercise any right, email hello@doppiosourcing.com from the address on your account. You can authorize someone else to act for you; we may ask them to prove it.

Children

Doppio is a business tool. It is not directed to children, we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16, and you must be at least 18 to create an account. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

The app links out to Amazon listings, retailer sites, and our payment provider’s billing portal. We don’t control those sites, and this policy doesn’t cover them.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will email account owners and update the date at the top. Continuing to use Doppio after a change means you accept it.
